How can I make my guests happier?

Guest happiness is based on their five needs – hunger, thirst, shopping, fun and rest. You can tap on any guest to select them and see what their individual need levels are like. You can then tap the "i" info button to see if there's more information on why they're unhappy. A common reason for guests to be unhappy is if there is no suitable business near their accommodation. An accommodation building needs to be near enough to a business so guests can use it. Businesses also need to have enough stock and to be high enough quality and low enough in price for guests of that type to use it. 

 Selecting this guest and tapping on the "i" info button shows  the message that she wants to shop but there are no shops nearby. This will be affecting her happiness.
